Hi Im an Ansys Distributor in México

I got a client with a SCADE license.

The installation and the configuration in the laptop of my customer looks ok, but no matter what I do, when the user try to start a new model or open a previous one, the scade allways shows the following error

I hope someone can help me

      Hello,

First of all, you should verify that you have set the environment variable ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE on your machine. This variable should point to the license server in the following way: @. The default port number value is 1055. The hostname corresponds to the name of your license sever.

      Example:

      Hope this helps,

      Benjamin

Thx a lot for your answer.

I dont think that the problem is the license, bcause the scade, workbench and all others ANSYS apps opens without problems. The only problem is when the customer try to open a Scade proyect or open an existent project.

It is possible that the problem could be the versión of eclipse???, do you know wich version of eclipe it is compatible with scade?
