Errror in Ansys student license even though it’s just been downloaded

  I have trouble with my Ansys student version, I have downloaded in this morning but when I opened it the first time, it showed me that not connect to license. I really need someone can show me how to out of this trouble. Thank you very much!

  May I know which version you installed?
  While loading the workbench does it show correct version? did you install it as an admin?

    Thank you very much for replying me. I installed workbench 2024R2. while loading, it show correct version, and I installed it as admin. but after all, it still doesn't work
