Forum ModeratorThe error is pointing towards a scripted ACT extension. Generally speaking, those are not supported, but before telling you that, I would like to confirm the source of the ACT extension that is being used.nOr for getting hold of the right people to answer your question, can you explain how and when you get the error in some more details?nThanks!n-AniketnHow to access Ansys help linksnGuidelines for Posting on Ansys Learning ForumnJanuary 5, 2021 at 7:18 pmRedark01

Forum ModeratorHi!nThis ACT app is not part of the standard package of Ansys, furthermore, it is not available on the Ansys App store either. So unfortunately you will have to track the app author (developer) to fix this. If you want to fix it yourself, please take a look at resources available at:n-AniketnHow to access Ansys help linksnGuidelines for Posting on Ansys Learning ForumnJanuary 7, 2021 at 8:50 amRedark01
