Error while importing keyword file using External model

  Hi,
  While importing a ".key" file to Ansys using the 'External model' component system, the below-attached error popped. What can be the possible reason?

  what version of ansys is this ? , can you uncheck the creat geometry option in mesh conversion options and try again.

  I am using the 2022R1 version.
  Even after unchecking the create geometry option, the same error is coming.
