Error when uploading License on 2020 Ansys License Manager R2

      Support,

      I tried to upload the license and it gives me this error, can you help me?

      2020/10/16 12:41:50: Did not upload file - Error: The hostid in the license file is not a valid hostid for this license server machine.

      Hello Ben G

      The error shows that the license file is not being installed on correct machine that is the reason Host ID is not matching.

      You can match the host id shown in ‘Get System Hostid Information’ under the License Management Center. In License file, Host id is shown in first line.
