Error when logging into my account from Spaceclaim or AIM (2020 R1)

  Hi, The following error message comes up (pls find attached) when trying to launch 'Subscription License Status' after trying to sign in to my account from the top-right corner of the screen of Spaceclaim, or AIM. Please help me to fix it. Csaba
