SubscriberWhenever I copy a case file from my laptop (running Ansys Fluent 2025 R1) to my institute's system (running Ansys Fluent 2024 R1), it reads the file properly (mesh, settings). I can also initialize, but when I start the calculation, I get this error in the console: "chip-exec: function "none" not found."
In ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are saying that it is due to UDF, but this error is occurring for cases having UDFs and not having UDFs(note: both are different case files done for different domains )
Please help me with this . -

Forum ModeratorThere will be a model setting somewhere that's not present in 24R1. Fluent will usually run with a chip-exec warning but loading into an older solver version isn't supported so isn't recommended.Â
