ERROR: Unable to view geometry. Unable to get model

I was performing a static structural beam deflection simulation in ANSYS 2022 R1 (Student version). It consists of a simple rectangular cross-section beam subjected to a uniformly distributed load and 2 edge boundary conditions. I created its geometry in the design modeller and then moved onto the model section. I meshed it, applied loads and boundary conditions and solved it. Upon solving it, if I click on, let's say "Directional deformation", to observe the results. After about 5 seconds, ANSYS Mechanical automatically shuts down itself leaving behind the project schematic window. If I click on "Model" again, it opens ANSYS Mechanical briefly for about 2 seconds before shutting down again after displaying an error. I can't even visualize my results, because it keeps shutting down whenever I click on any of the options on the left side in ANSYS mechanical, after solving.

      PFA the error displayed.

I don't know how to resolve this. Please help me out as soon as possible!

Under the %TEMP%\WorkbenchLogs directory you should see logs from the session.
Can you check those and post any errors you may see?
Please post the error, not the file as we are not permitted to open files.
      Thank You

Could you give a step by step guide on what I should do? I am confused.

      Try the following:
Make sure no Ansys programs are running
      Go to :
      %APPDATA%\
(This should take you to a directory: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\)
You should see a directory named: Ansys
      rename that directory to: Ansys.old
      Now try to run.

Okay this worked for 1 day and now I get the similar message again. Once the message occurs in a certain file, it keeps coming back there and I need to restart my entire process of making an analysis.
Is there a permanent solution for this problem? Thank you beforehand.

Below I provided the error message I get:

Does it start again if you remove the %AppData\Ansys directory?
Do you have Virus protection installed?
What happens if you disable it and any firewall as a test?
What happens if you start Workbench in the following way:
right-click on Workbench 2022 R1 and choose: more->run as administrator

I have the same issue, Ansys must be run on a VM by university policy, I have no ability to adjust firewall or virus protection. I did rename the ansys directory as described but it did not change the resulting error. All of my recent projects have been corrupted this way, so I cannot move forward until I get a resolution.

If someone have this problem, lets try this. In my case its working.

      1. Run as Administrator Workbench
      2. Press File > Save in folder whose come from Ansys, just give a name to file.
      3. Try Simulation and Analysis
      4. When its all okay than create Folder(random name), copy files  “exercise one” and paste it in.
