      Hello,

Our client cannot open or export step or solidworks files.
I send you in separate mail the log file.

SpaceClaim has been installed with antivirus disabled and the spaceclaim folder in AppDataLocal has been deleted.

        Hello GUICAD

The error in the log file simply says the file failed to import and it shows the file path. Have you tried moving the file to a local directory?  It appears from the log file that the STEP file is located on a network drive (W:).  While importing, SpaceClaim often creates a temporary file.  It's possible that the temporary file is being blocked and therefore the import is failing.

        Regards.

Hello Charudatta Bandgar The client always has the same problem with a local file (import or export). Here is an attached Log file with an export problem for an IGES file.

GUICAD I have forwarded these files to the concerned people to understand better as well. Are they facing same issues with the IGES files? Is the error same? Can they try changing the file directory and try again|?

        Regards.
