SubscriberHi, I exactly followed the tutorial about rectangular waveguide linked below, but when I click on "Analyse All" button I get these messages and the analysis is stopped.
[info] A discrete frequency sweep with 122 point(s) has been started using HFSS - Solving Distributed. (4:17:25 PM May 08, 2019)
[error] The HFSS solver failed to start. Please contact technical support. (4:17:25 PM May 08, 2019)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (4:17:25 PM May 08, 2019)
Do you know what could be the reason?

Ansys EmployeeIf the main solution solves, but the discrete frequency sweep fails then you may not have the license required to do a 'distributed solve' - where multiple frequencies are solved in parallel. -Â Go to the HPC settings, uncheck 'Auto-HPC', and make sure only 1 task is set. - Then re-run the frequency sweep. - It is also probably unnecessary (and will take a much longer time) to do a discrete sweep - choose interpolated sweep instead...
