Ansys EmployeeHi,Â
Please check whether you have any previous ANSYS products running on your PC other than student products? If yes then please uninstall all along with previous ANSYS license manager.Â
Then install ANSYS student products, no license key is needed for R18.0 and above. Which version are you using?
Also make sure that your computer is showing correct date and time.
I hope this helps.Â

SubscriberThank you for your reply.
I installed the latest version of ansys student which is 18.1 and never had any version of ansys before.Â
My systems clock is showing correct time and is synchronized with  time.wndows.com .
But still the problem exists.

Ansys EmployeeHi, this is not the software issue but looks like you have issues with your computer files that are modified for future dates. Topic is discussed here:
https://www.afolog.com/ansys-system-clock-has-been-set-back-problem-hatasi
(Translate it to English)
In short, search the files in your computer having future modified dates and delete them. I hope this helps.Â

I do not have any file of future date on my PC. I had checked much before posting this question here.
I have included two images which shows the error " No license server information was added", I guess this is the actual cause of problem.
Once again Thank you very much for your valuable response.
Â
And I had attached the pdf file regarding the complete information regarding the error! Please review it!

SubscriberI'm have the same issue. Inicialy with Ansys 19.1 and after with 19.2. My system clock is OK and sincronized with time.windows.com and BIOS's time is also OK. Also, I already maked a search for files with future dates using the command "DateModification" for until the year 2099 and no one files has found.
Also, during install process I seen this problem:
"errorlogger.error file path is c:program filesansys incansys studentv193cadconfiglogscadconfigurationmgr.err"
However, in this path don't have any file with this name.
Please, Help-me I really need Ansys for my dissertacion!

Forum ModeratorIf you're using R19.2 I suspect the licence has expired: they're set for 12 months from release on the student versions. What happens if you download and install 2019R2 (current release)?Â

SubscriberHello
Did anyone resolve the clock time error for the 2019R2. Mine never worked and I had to restart my PhD research which set me back 2 years
Â
I am now using OpenFoam until Ansys gets the bugs fixed
Â
I did post about the clock time error way back in 2017 but never really got a feasible solution on this blog

Ansys EmployeeSimilar to vganore's link above, I described the issue and why you see the error message here
/forum/forums/topic/license-manager-error-aa_t_i/
This is the only cause of this error message, so it's a matter of whether you can find that file(s) or not. You can try some freeware to help finding the file(s).
Also, most of the CAD/CAE software are using floating license technology from Flexera, called FlexNet, so this issue is not specific to ANSYS, it's how FlexNet prevent people from tampering with the systems time (because FlexNet licensing does not need internet).
