The beam and plate are not connected, hence why it does not solve - you could see that if you apply a displacement instead of a force on the beam end (then it will show they are not connected)
You need to have a contact bonded between the plate edge and the beam vertex in order to connect them- or use shared topology between parts.

Just add a bonded contact in mechanical (between vertex and plate edge)- that is fine.
