ERROR: SOLID 185

  I keep on getting this error, "
  The element option SOLID187 was either not ordered with this Ansys
  installation or the appropriate product was not selected for this
  session.
  Contact your Ansys support person for more information. "
  
  I have tried EVERYTHING, and i still cant find a solution, please help

  Hello Sonny, This error typically occurs when the required license for the SOLID187 element is not available or the correct product has not been selected for your Ansys session. To resolve this, you need to ensure that your session is using a compatible license and that the product configuration matches the requirements for SOLID187. Refer the following page from Ansys Help and you'll see the list of valid licenses in the top right corner: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/public/account/secured?returnurl=//Views/Secured/corp/v242/en/ans_elem/Hlp_E_SOLID187.html If you switch to the Enterprise license (if available), this error should go away. You can set it by going to Properties of the Analysis system in Workbench.
