SubscriberHello,
I am analyzing a specific motor using Maxwwell 2D Transient in AEDT 2021 R2, I set up the model manually, it's an IPM synchronous motor (see attached file). When I analyze it i keep getting this error :
Maxwell2d solver, process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error:Â 'Point in mesh was not found! '. Please contact Ansys technical support.
Any idea what might the problem be ?
Regards,
Anis

Can you try the following?
Add a dummy band object between the band and stator airgap.
Under in initial mesh setting, move the slider towards a more fine setting.
IF this did not work, change the mesh Method to classic in the Initial mesh settings and check.
