Error message – newly installed Mechanical APDL [ R1 2023],free student version.

  Hello.
  I get error message, while opening ansys mechanical apdl , free student version, 2023 R1. Screen shot is attached below.
  Last year I had the same issue. And as per huwang advise, I added , -blas intel. But, at this point, I am not sure, How did I add that, at that time. ??? I also dont see his that email in this forum any more.
  The computer, processor is, AMD A6-5200 APU WITH RADEON [TM] HD GRAPHICS 2.00 GHz. RAM = 8.00 GM, 64 BIT OS, 64-BASED PROCESSOR.
  COMPUTER FREE SPACE IS 321 GB.
