When are you getting the error?

I got that error while building mesh in set up solution. that message appear and stoping to build mesh

There is A with umlaut in one contact name? Is this true?

FYI my inner pipe design in the outside surface using helical fins.

Try without umlaut.

 umlaut appear when building mesh in setup solution

mesh process stopped, ant then in console appeared this message

If you open Meshing, how many contact pairs/surfaces have you got?  Are they all valid: ie should they all be there?

49 and they are all valid

Do you need them all? Ie can you create a conformal mesh?
