Error Inquire-adjacent-threads: not a face thread

  Hi,
  
  I was trying trying to simulate a valve to calculate the pressure drop in Ansys Flluent. The model is attached below but getting error "1nquire-adjacent-threads: not a face thread".
  
  Can you help me to fix this?.. what should I do.?

  What models are turned on and are what are the first few lines of the error?
