I use HFSS for my model in frequency domain, working without problem. After that, when I use circuit design and export my model (see figure ) for study in time domain and plot eye diagram.

The simulation crashed presenting this error : "models:s_element(warning): fieldsolver:133.s - S-parameter data  is not passive. Worst violation of 0.000100943 at 600000 (Hz).

Hmm, that passivity violation alone should not have caused the entire simulatoin to fail. Can you show the rest o fthe simulation messages? It also may be worth turning on passivity enforement just to be safe. To do that right mouse click on the s-parameter component, and select Edit Model. In the form that comes up go to the Options tab and set the passivity enforcement option to "IFPV".
