SubscriberHello Everyone,
I have a model with Multiple inlets and Outlets. I wanted to plot the Mass Distribution of Outlets in Histogram. But when I was loading the file in the Trajectory Sample Histograms.
It was showing some error like "Reading sample file...
Read_Sample_Section: error reading history header from the file, giving up."
I also want to tell you that by default it was asking for .dpm format. But, I have the .out format. I hope this is not a problem.
Please help or suggest any answer.
Thank you

Ansys Employeedo you want likeÂ
outlet1 - mass flow
outlet2 - mass flow etc.Â
you may want to use xy plot.Â
you can also try excel.Â

SubscriberI have around 147 outlets. I have given a single named selection for all the outlets like I have selected 147 outlets and named it as "Outlets".
Â
I want to check each outlet mass flow and compare them. But, the fluent is giving me the sum of all outlets.
I hope you got my point, please let me know if you need any other info for helping me.
Thank you
Raj

Forum ModeratorIt will, you need separate labels for each surface. I assume you're using pressure outlets?

SubscriberYeah, I have pressure-outlets. But, I want to know, is it possible to do without giving individual names.
I just want to skip to do it again.
Please let me know if it is possible?
I am only concerned with individual values of mass flow, even the histograms can be excluded. If we have a any other possible solutions.
Thank you

Ansys Employeeyou will have to separate.Â
you can use domain - separate option in fluent.Â
