Error in simulating planar inductor in Q3D

  I have created the windings in altium and exported the design as mentioned in this video:

  However, when I analyze, I am getting the following error : [error] Solving DC Resistance, process cnq3d.exe : Invalid SAT file: Net '5': found 2765 nodes
  The image of the simulation is as follows :
  It would be helpful if one could guide me the source of the error so I can resolve it.
