Error in HFSS-Circuit Dynamic Link Analysis

  Hello,
  
  I am receiving the following error when I try to analyze a circuit with a dynamic link to an HFSS design. I would appreciate any advice regarding the origin of this error and if there is anything I can do to avoid it.

  Hi Julia,
  
  Try deleting the dynamically linked HFSS component from the Circuit Schematic, saving the model, and then re-drag and drop the HFSS model back into the Circuit Schematic. Re-run the circuit simulation again and see if the error has been resolved.

  Hello,
  
  I'm getting the same error again. I've redrawn the circuit schematic in addition to the above advice.
  
  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  - If you had set up a frequency sweep in HFSS project and then disabled the sweep , the default analysis data remains on frequency sweep and scince there is no sweep it couldn't find the simulation data in circuit project.
  In this case you can change this default under the circuit project tree:
  - Expand the tree hierarchy under the HFSS icon in the project tree.
  - Select LastAdaptive instead of Sweep.

  That "Unrecognized line type (not device or .card) " error implies that something went wrong on the netlist level. Sometimes that can happen if an illegal character is used in a node or model name. If you can right mouse click on the Circuit analysis setup in the Project Manager and select "browse netlist" you can see the netlist that gets sent to the Circuit solver. If you show that here, or just the lines that are getting flagged in the error message, that might give us a better idea what is going wrong.
