SubscriberI have two input parameters on my parameter set panel that I want to relate one to the other as shown "Expression" tab in the figure below.
My analysis will be conducted in 2D. I want these two inlet velocities to be related by equal flow rate equation, which is "Q = v A", since the density is contant so I omitted "rho". Since the cross-sectional area is supposed to be rectangular/square, my final expression would be "v_in(rev) = v_in(for) w2 / w1". When I try to make the reverse flow inlet velocity driven from the forward inlet velocity, I encounter such an error shown. How can I solve this, if there is no technical limitation?

Forum ModeratorThe parameters are very picky with units, so double check all of the inputs tie up. I've not tried a parameter set with multiple cells, I assume you can have the same label v_in in two places?Â

SubscriberI changed all "mm" units into "m". This having consistent units in my parameter set pane solved the issue for me! Thanks!
