ERROR IN CREATING REGIONS IN WATERTIGHT GEOMETRY ANSYS FLUENT WITH MESHING

in the create regions section of ansys fluent. I have encountered a problem of not being able to creat them the error code for the same is,

Error: state/object/execute-command:Exception encountered in S_ExecuteTask: One or more zones (2059 1887 1958) are not part of a volumetric region. Ensure all openings are properly capped.

Please help me diagnose the problem and fix the issue. I have checked my geometry and found that no openings appear to be open. Your help will be appreciated

Please post some images of the geometry and what Fluent Meshing thinks it's meshing.

I am trying to model this grometry. Its a type of tube having 3 openings as you can see in imiage 1. I am stuck in the "create regions" part. Please let me know if you need any other information for diagnosing my issue.

Can you check you don't have surfaces between the pale and dark blue zones? What does the SpaceClaim geometry look like?

yeah i'm pretty sure that i dont have any surfaces between the pale and dark blue zones.

This is what the Discovery geometry looks like. I dont use spaceclaim for my gemoeteies. From what i'veheard the 2 softwares are pretty similar so i hope that this does the job

And that's one solid/volume? Yes, Discovery is more-or-less the same as SpaceClaim so should behave the same.

yes, that is one single solid.

Can you check for small surfaces around the surface joints? Or check your local sizing - you shouldn't have so much mesh clustering around the diameter changes.

thank you for the advise i checked and there was a small gap between the 2 faces so i fixed that andnow my simulation is working fine.
