      Hello Everybody,

I got this following error in the CFX-Solver: "The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1. No results file has been created." and "Update failed for the Solution component in CFX. The solver failed with non-zero exit code of 2"

Can someone help me, to fix this error? I have got a Workbench Archive file.

       Kind Regards

ANSYS Staff do not download attachments. Please insert the lines here. The error message might be caused by a lot of things. You can off course share whatever you like but ANSYS Stuff would not download these attachments.

Can you describe your case please?

Thank you for the fast Response. I want to simulate an F1 Frontwing. But now I have the Problem to get the results (solution)--> to run the solver.

I got the error shown: "The solver failed with non-zero exit code of 2"

In the following there are the whole Error and mesh description: I hope that is helpful:

My Systeminformations are: Surface pro 6, Windows x64, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM

      Best regards

Go to the partitioner part any messages? CFX is complaining about mapping regions.
Please add screenshot of geometry details domain definition from Pre.

I meant partitioner part in the outfile. Do you see any errors in Pre? Can iyou u check if the fluid domain is consistent? Give the fluid domain a name in meshing.

SAS is a SRS approach it requires CFL smaller than 1 and LES grid whereever you want to resolve the flow.
