Hello,Â
Could you kindly let us know which version of the software are you using for this simulation?Â
This issue has been spotted on the '23 versions and '24 versions and it is due to the geometry kernel change used by the software in these versions compared to the earlier ones. Basically, the moving region should not include hollow objects in it. So in this case, since you have a rotor with vacuum in the middle, the mesh generation has problems. The easiest way to solve it (and best practice for projects with rotational motion) is to include a shaft object to fill the vacuum in the middle of the rotor. The shaft should not be of vacuum or air material. Try using the same material as the rotor core to fact check if this will resolve your issue.Â
Kind regards,Â
N.A.Â
