      dear TokarZak,

I think for your model, you have some fine contact regions. So in the mesh interfaces, you can modify these contact regions into a coupled wall and mapped as well as check the material properties.

I wish these suggestions help you

      regards,

      mostafa

The image is not so clear.

If you have those contact regions -

Go back to design modeler. Select all bodies  in the model tree and create a single part. This will give conformal mesh between different bodies.

Then mesh it and then come to fluent.

Also please check quality of the mesh. The min ortho quality should be more than 0.1.

The min volume is very less. So pleas use double precision.

      Hello,

I guess solver is diverging in UDS. Please run the continuity and momentum equations first. After flow gets stabilized, turn on UDS.  Reduce the URFs and initially run with first order then change to second order.

      Regards,

      Seeta

Hi, i have really big model, but with simple setup: Without Energy eq. viscous model is laminar. I was set pressure on inlet and out let, choose material like water-vapor.

i will add link for CASE:
