I am running into the error 1073740791 again and again while running the sims. The error is occuring everytime during the adaptive meshing. I am hereby attaching HPC options settings, mesh settings and also error.

This error code 1073740791 is an exit code issued by the OS, not the HFSS solver. An unpredictable event occurred on the HFSS side, causing the program to suddenly terminate, and the code handed over from the OS is displayed.
The most common cause of this error code is insufficient memory for the analysis.
Are you experiencing memory shortages when performing an adaptive analysis? You can find analysis details by viewing the profile. You can view the profile by right-clicking Analysis > Setup* in the Project Manager and selecting Profile....

I am currently having 130 GB space in Local disk C and now the error I am encountering is the following. Evertime it crashes after 20th adaptive passes. And I wasnt able to see the profile too.

What you should pay attention to is memory capacity, not disk capacity. Also, how did you confirm that Adaptive analysis had progressed to 20 passes? If you can check the number of passes in Adaptive analysis, you should also be able to check the profile. The steps to check the profile are listed below again.

You can view the profile by right-clicking Analysis > Setup* in the Project Manager and selecting Profile....

Thanks for guiding me how to check Profile. I was able to check the number of adaptive passes as I was monitoring the progress of the sims (messenger bar). Still having the same error: Matrix solver exception (I/O failure).

The profile image you attached is from the initial mesh analysis stage, not the adaptive analysis stage.

However, if you receive an I/O failure message, this indicates either insufficient memory for the analysis or an incorrect Temp folder location. Please refer to the profile shown when the adaptive analysis progressed and stopped with an error.
Also, please check that the data size in the Temp folder, where data is temporarily saved, is not overwhelming your disk space.
You can find the location of your Temp folder by selecting
Tools > Options > General Options
and then selecting General > Directories > Temp from the Options window.
Try deleting any files or folders in the Temp folder while HFSS is not running.

Also, make sure you have access rights to the specified Temp folder.

Also, consider changing the drive where the Temp folder is set
to another drive with available space.
To change the Temp Directory, check Override in the settings above and enter the folder path.
When doing so, be sure to create a folder and specify that folder rather than specifying a directory directly under the drive.
      (For example, D:\temp)
In addition, when setting the Temp folder, avoid a drive on a network; use a local drive on the analysis machine.
