We are aware of this issue and are working diligently to fix it. The file server is temporarily down whilst we update the download packages.
I don't have an ETA for when this will be fixed yet, but anticipate within 12 hours. Apologies for this inconvenience.Â

Its been nearly 12 hours and no change. Also, is 18.0 still available for download? It is not listed in prior releases.

Ansys EmployeeGoodness! Looks the download problem has returned! Apologies.
This is impacting the ANSYS Student 18.2 and 18.1 downloads, plus AIM Student 18.1.
A small consolation is that I have verified that the AIM Student 18.2 product download is working fine as of 3:20 pm PDT today.Â
We'll endeavor top get this fixed ASAP on Monday EDT (USA).

Ansys EmployeeDownload is working fine. It could be browsers issue. Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. Let me know if that works.Â
Procedure to do that in chrome is explained here (Step 1 to 5).

SubscriberThe error can be avoided by changing from https to http in the address line of the product download page. When the error arises just delete the "s" from the "https" in the address line and hit enter
