  While running transient analysis using setup used in "Breakup of a Turbulent Liquid Jet in Crossflow". I am getting a error after runing it for 65 timestep
  How to resolve this error?

  The error suggests it's a parallel issue. With that few cells on a partition you're likely to have several partitions interacting and that may not have handled a refinement/coarsening step well. Try on around 10 and see how it goes.
