Hello Team, While running a Thermal analysis in Explore stage, results error shows...As attached image, the lowest power dissipating element is having the highest junction temperature. Any reason why this happens... we are running in high fidelity only. Please help!!   Regards, Dheeraj

The heat is defined in your model as "total heat" over the selected volume. As the volumes are different the temperatures are proportionately different.

Try defining the heat as "per unit volume".

Defining Convection inputs

The model is same for both queries (for this query and different convective inputs query) and still we are getting error in Explore stage after applying total heat over selected volume as suggested by you.

As discussed it is advisable to run the simulation with lesser components in Explore mode in the interest of better fidelity for the simulation. I will share our observation with my team regarding the temperature profile observed. 
I will run the simulation in Refine mode as well and check for the results. Please let me know your results as well.
