Error after validating the results

Hi, im using the AIM 19.2 and after i run my physics i got an error while checking the results, something like "error while refreshing view WebUIView", so i closed the program ant tried to run it again, but since then, when i try to open my project it appears that my project as suffered some modifications that i didn't save and to press yes if i want to continue anyways, thing that i do, but it just spends a lot of time loading and then the following error appears.
How can i solve this and obtain the results of my simulation?
