  I haven't looked at your model, but the error is "unable to converge".
  
  Here is a Google Search on that phrase on this site which has 217 results.
  
  Read most of those posts and try a few of the suggestions. Come back with a specific question.

  Hey Peter Can u have a look at the model and advise me if there is any problem like penetration or gap...
  After reading that article I found that my geometry is not so complex and the main error is it cant converge to a solution and substep 9999 error.
  It would be helpful if u could advise me with the geometry it's a geneva mechanism.
