You want to interpret the CPW structure in the HFSS Transient solution. If you specify the Waveport as shown in the figure and add a square wave, the following error occurs.
If you specify the port as Lumped port, it is simulated, but if you use waveport, an error occurs.
I need your help.

Run the validation checker and see if the wave ports are modeled properly. Refer to the online help for recommendations about wave port setup.

Thank you for your reply.
However, the validation check shows that there is nothing wrong.
The current state is that I have the Composite Excitation option set in Trasient, and I have attached the data that I entered in Waveport as well.
