SubscriberI have been using the Ansys Damage Model on my other computer. Recently it was damaged so I transferred all the data to a new one. When I run the solution, I keep getting the error saying, "missing definition of damage initiation criteria." which was not on the old one.
I made sure all the values in damage initiation and evolution law were correct, but I still couldn't solve it. But I am not getting the error when I change it from maximum stress to Hashin failure. Can anyone please help me with how to make it work with maximum stress? Thank you -

Forum ModeratorHello,
Can you compare the ds.dat file of the earlier model and current model? ds.dat file is input file for the solver and please comparing the same for two models will ensure if everything is same or there is a change. ds.dat file can be found under View Tab on Project Schematic page:
