hello

i am a new ANSYS user,trynig to learn how to use stress analysis in solid mechanics. curently i am attempting to solve lumbar motion simulations, however each run ends n a massage of "unkown error acouring".after cheking in the solver,it contains an error message about like in the picture

how do fix it ?

and i would really aprettciate it if some one helps

Did you use Ansys Mechanical or APDL? If you are new to Ansys I would recommend Ansys Innovation Course:
