Ensight licensing and installation support

  Hello,
  
  I am trying to renew our academic license for Ensight and it seems that we face some issues. Until June 14, 2019 we used a slim8 floating license key. With the renewal, I have received a key that will not work and I do not understand why. I have used the ANSYS License Manager in my server to read the new license. We have 6 more desktop computers pointing to the server, but it seems that Ensight is still looking for the slim8 key. I am not sure what is happening and I would like to ask for technical support. Discussion over the phone is preferred to texting here. Thank you.
