EMPI license and software issue

  Dear Team,
  
  Customer is facing issue while opening discovery. Please find the attachment and do the needful at earliest.
  
  I tried the steps given in the trouble shooting window. Still the problem is not resolved.

  The TECS for the customer's Discovery subscription has expired on 03/26/2021 so they won't be able to use the versions released after this date. Due to this the latest version 2021 R2 could not be installed.
