I was a teacher who worked in an engineering college. At present i don't teach there. Can i downlead Ansys student to learn the software and to practice questions from other training programs i joined for learning the software?

Sir, i have enrolled in a free course by edx and cornell which provides access to Ansys student for learning. Besides i am attending a training program conducted by an educational institute for a nominal fee. Can i use the software to practice the exercises i learn through the college. At present, there is difficulty in physically attending the class. That is why i am asking. I wish to learn the software. The student software license will not be used for commercial application. Could i use it for learning ?

I believe so as you're not trying to use it to learn at work. You're not using the software for commercial gain, or to replace a paid for academic key so I don't see any issues.
