elements in the Temperature monitor

  Hi,
  What is the difference between the elements and IDs in the heat Monitor? For example, temperature.elements give a N:3 Matrix, what is the info that matrix contains?

  Element is the asic mesh in finite element meshing;
  ID is the identification for each element.
