Hi
What you show is the old MEMS extension which is not used or supported anymore.
To do the same and what you want in current releases, just use coupled field static system (2024 R2 release-see below) – set physics region to structural and electric with electrostatic force option on as shown below in the image.
For structural bodies just use another region on them with Structural set to Yes only.
