Could anyone here provide me with electrical properties for P3HTPCBM used in Ansys Lumerical Charge module , like it's

1.dc permittivity

2.Effective mass ; mn,mp 

3. Lattice and impurity scattering

a) lattice mun,mup

4. high field

a) model mun,mup

b)driving field

c)vsat

you may also check this paper  Optical simulation and geometrical optimization of P3HT/GaAs nanowire hybrid solar cells for maximal photocurrent generation via enhanced light absorption  and see if it contains the CHARGE simulation.

Its getting difficult to search a vast numer of publications , is there any other way to find such properties ?

I understand the struggles to find the values of the parameters. 

Right now the material database is limited, unfortunately.
