SubscriberI am performing a static structural analysis of a sample material made of steel.
At standard temperature, steel's modulus is about E=2E+11 Pa. At elevated temperatures, the steel modulus of elasticity should decrease. Does ANSYS static structural module account for the reduction in the modulus of elasticity if I specify the thermal condition of the material to be at an elevated temperature? Â
