Dotnet error while starting material tuning tool in ANSYS additive 2023 R2

  Anyone else faced this issue while starting the tuning tool?

  This is not an Ansys error message. From what I have found, "...dotnet prefix..." typically refers to software framework developed by Microsoft. It is used for building, deploying, and running applications and services that use .NET technologies, such as desktop applications and web services.

    But any idea on how to solve that, tried through a lot of online solutions nothing seems to be working. Even installed latest .net sdk still getting the same error
