Hi there,

I am working on two different injection shapes, After both solutions i grouped it in "Results" to compare it, but it's not showing my complete geometry.

Assuming the pipe has a mesh in it, what happens if you display the surface as opposed to the wireframe?

Well, there is nothing to display:
Air outlet: 4 faces
Face zone: hole
Wall: around the hole

Could convergence influence this?

No, it means something went wrong at the geometry or meshing stage. In meshing put a cut plane along the centreline to see if you have the pipe, I suspect you lost the volume at the geometry stage.

Could inflation transition be a problem? I got "Inflation created stairstep mesh at some locations."

You've got a mesh, and it looks to be filling the volume. Are you running in CFX or Fluent? In Fluent check the Display, in CFX-Pre you should see everything too.

I am running in Fluent. Ploting contours in Fluent, this region appears, while using Results (from Custom System Tree) to compare 2 different geometry flows, it doesn't appear.

OK, that's CFD Post. Can you check you have both fluid zones in Post, and when you create contours etc that both are picked/visible?

When contours are created (CFD POST), it only shows the box domain, nothing else. These are faces from the box, it doesn't show other bodies tree.

That's weird. Are you reading case and data from Fluent or cdat?

It's not first time it happens, Rob. Reading case from Fluent:

Have you picked anything in Fluent linked to adding data etc to the transfer? Or just run Fluent and then linked to CFD Post?

1st (A): Modeled (SC), meshed, Fluent run and linked to CFD Post.
2nd (B): copy A and remodeled geometry (SC), update meshes, Fluent: update meshes and surfaces (match zones), update solution and linked to CFD Post.

Both doesn't show inlet pipe.

If you open the Results in the A-block and B-block separately does the inlet show up?

It doesn't.

Can you please open the B-Block result file in Ansys CFD-Post outside of the Workbench?
