SubscriberHello!
I am working on a study to investigate an optimization methodology for car crash analysis on Optislang. I am able to create the workflow, from workbench node to optimization one, and it works. However, I am facing a challenge to get a satisfactory MOP of my sensitivity analysis.
It is a explicit dynamics simulation and the inputs variables are, thickness, width, height and length of a bumper, and the outputs, mass of the bumper and the internal energy (from energy balance). The best CoP that I have achived is 64% for the internal energy (the length did not even reach a value - it is gray). Which would be the best DoE sampling method that I should use? I am using AMOP with Advanced LHS and refinament also with Advanced LHS.
I have tride others but with just few samples (30~50), due the large run time (50min for each mechanical run). Also, is there a special configurantion on Optislang the would help to run them quicker?
Thank you for your attention. -

Subscribercan I ask how you got student version of optislang? I thought that wasn't available.  sorry don't mean to distract from your main question...
