SubscriberSetup: installation of Ansys 2020 or 2019 on CentOS 7 server.
Use: Remote Desktop to connect to the server and open Ansys
Problem: Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 (latest version) has 16-bit or 32-bit color options. If using 16-bit, remote desktop session crashes when open Ansys. If using 32-bit, Ansys can open on remote desktop session, but shows transparent color and makes it impossible to see/use the tool.
