I want to simulate the flow of air  with particles through an axial fan. What should be the boundary conditions for the simulation

I'd favour a mix of walls, inlets, outlets and potentially interior and/or interface zones.

Also, the aim is to predict the life of the fan by transferring the load to static structure. Inorder to achieve, what should be the

      1)boundary condition be.

2)How to know the effect of particle deposition on fan blades

      1) Please refer to my previous comment. You may find more information in the various tutorials (in Fluent Help) and the Fluids courses in Learning.

      2) Are you expecting blade erosion or just deposition? For the former, there is an erosion model in Fluent, for the latter you may just need to report/calculate the number of particle impacts.

      Just deposition

      Thanks for the input.

Have a look at DPM Reports for the fan blades.
