Discrepancy between the stress-strain results and the input curve, how to resolve?

Hi Guys,
I am assessing the results of a RHS connection subject to shear. Within this i am looking at how the stress-strain changes along the shaft of the bolt, an i cannot resolve a discrepancy with the curve for node 16, shown below, which is at the bottom of the bolt shaft and in contact with the bolt head.
