SubscriberHi Subashni customer is running Discovery Essentials so only downloads the Discovery Essentials and standard download. Are the CAD translators now required for this? I thought they were just for ultimate?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. CAD Translators are not required for this.Â
I have consulted the Licensing team on this. I will keep you updated on any information I receive from them. -

SubscriberHi Subashni , I have managed to do a web session with the customer. It looks like they were using the latest solidworks release which is not yet supported by SpaceClaim. Will mark this one as answered.
