Discovery SpaceClaim 2020 Solidworks issue

      Hi Support do you know what the below error means customer has recently upgraded to 2020 and can no longer import SW files and gets the error below. 

       

      They have tried un-installing and re-installing. They can open SW files in 2019 without any issue?

      Could you please confirm if the customer has installed the CAD Translators with "Run as Administrator"?

      Hi Subashni customer is running Discovery Essentials so only downloads the Discovery Essentials and standard download. Are the CAD translators now required for this? I thought they were just for ultimate?

      Sorry for the misunderstanding.  CAD Translators are not required for this. 
      I have consulted the Licensing team on this. I will keep you updated on any information I receive from them.

      Hi Subashni , I have managed to do a web session with the customer. It looks like they were using the latest solidworks release which is not yet supported by SpaceClaim.  Will mark this one as answered.
