I have tried to refine the case from the Discovery tutorial, but not quite sure how to solve the error message.

Hello, 

The current simulation setup that you have done is possible in Explore stage of Ansys Discovery. Auto-extracted bodies and cutter bodies will not work in Refine stage. 

For the first error, you will have create an Enclosure with solid body boolean from it from the Prepare Tab. You will than have to resetup the simulation model. 

For the second error, cutter bodies will not cut the volume in Refine stage. Either subtract the body from the enclosure volume while external domain creation or use Interference tool to remove the overlapping geometry.
